Our popular *warned*-shirt was warned by the eBay seller golden-island24! The seller has protected the generally known term "*warned*" as a trademark on the internet and now wants to prevent us from selling a T-shirt with this term as a print.
First of all, it is of course always outrageous to come with a warning right away instead of writing an email or making a quick call.
Furthermore, in our opinion, it is absolutely unacceptable for someone to protect such general terms and then want to forbid others from using them. We will also take action against this with our lawyer!
