Description Mini Gas Bubbler
The Mini Gas Bubbler fascinatingly demonstrates the laws of thermodynamics: When the lower glass sphere is heated, the colored liquid begins to evaporate, thereby increasing the gas pressure in the sphere, so that the liquid is pushed through the glass tube up into the small glass sphere. The heating can be easily achieved by enclosing the lower glass sphere with the palm of your hand. When almost all the liquid has flowed upwards, the liquid begins to bubble fascinatingly. Once all the liquid has collected in the upper sphere, you can reverse the effect by holding this sphere in your hand. The liquid then flows back down.
The housing of the Mini Gas Bubbler is made of glass, and the liquid consists of a colored alcohol mixture. The colors available are red, green, blue, and purple (we choose a random color upon ordering).
