Description Star Trek Enterprise NCC-1701-D Model
Of all the versions of the famous spaceship “Enterprise,” the NCC-1701-D was without a doubt the most successful. Despite its comparatively short service time of only eight years, it was able to boast significantly more achievements and merits than all other Starfleet ships. This was not least due to the charismatic and astute Captain Jean-Luc Picard.
The Enterprise D was lost in the year 2371, but in an alternate timeline, there was still a heavily modified Enterprise D, which Admiral Riker used as a flagship. The most noticeable external change to this model, which appears in the TNG episode “All Good Things...,” was the third warp nacelle, which allowed the ship to reach Warp 13. This was also necessary due to the Klingon-Romulan War in this alternate reality, as the neutral zone could no longer be traversed.
