Optical illusions have always fascinated people, and now you can wear a perception phenomenon directly on your wrist. On the Tokyoflash Optical Illusion Watch, which is strictly limited, the digits of the time are displayed as an optical illusion.
Once you know what to look for, you can easily read the watch and amaze other people! The secret is the alignment of the lines, because you only need to pay attention to very specific ones. For illustration, we have marked this in an image for you (Note: This is not how it actually looks! The lines that indicate the time are marked in green, in this case 04h03. As you can see in the picture, these lines point in a different direction.)
Don't worry, as long as you are still practicing, you can also display the time normally with a simple press on the display. Generally, it can be said that reading the "hidden" time is just a matter of practice, as the brain gets used to the unusual way of displaying.
The touchscreen display consists of four zones, which are also explained in our product video. Here you can access individual functions such as backlight, alarm, etc., but also set the watch. In animation mode, the watch switches every 20 seconds between a digital display and the optical illusion. The display is in 12-hour mode and there is an indicator for AM/PM.
